Refund Policy

All Purchases Are Final

All FreightBroker.Academy training purchases are final and non-refundable once payment has been processed and the student has received access to the course, training materials, FreightPulse, digital resources, orientation, or any included service. Failure to attend, complete assignments, use the platform, contact prospects, attend coaching, or pursue placement does not create eligibility for a refund.

Reviewed Individually

Duplicate charges, billing errors, failure to deliver purchased access, and refunds required by applicable law will be reviewed individually.

Checkout Acknowledgment

Before completing a training purchase, students must confirm the following unchecked acknowledgment: “I understand that the $399 tuition becomes non-refundable once course or platform access is issued.”
