FreightPulse Subscription Terms
These terms govern the FreightPulse Pro recurring subscription.
Billing and Renewal
- $399 monthly recurring price.
- Automatic monthly renewal until canceled.
- Billing date is the date the subscription begins each month.
- Subscribers cancel by contacting FreightBroker.Academy before the next billing date.
- Cancellation affects future billing.
- No prorated refund for a partially used billing period except where required by law.
Acceptable Use
- Personal or authorized business use only.
- No credential sharing.
- No scraping or bulk data extraction.
- No database resale.
No Guarantees
- No guaranteed number of prospects.
- No guaranteed accuracy or current shipping need.
- No guaranteed customer, load, response, revenue, or income.
- Subscriber is responsible for lawful outreach.
Access and Changes
- Access may be suspended for misuse or failed payment.
- Material price changes require advance notice.
