Gross profit generally means collected shipper revenue minus carrier payment and applicable load-specific costs, deductions, claims, chargebacks, advances, short-pays, or other adjustments identified in the written agent agreement.
Commission eligibility, account ownership, payment timing, expenses, deductions, customer approval, termination, and post-termination commissions are governed exclusively by the signed agent agreement.
